Two Dudes Moves

We've used Two Dudes before on a previous move and had good results. This 2nd move was going smoothly and was completed as quickly as the 1st, we even enjoyed the crew that came by after having our reservation bumped later in the day. Unfortunately this move resulted in some damage to a framed picture including a broken glass front and a whole thought the print. I wasn't too worried as the driver called the owner in front of me to let him know about the damage and I was assured it would be taken care of. Now almost two months later and after numerous attempts I still have a broken frame and a poster with a hole through it in my storage area. I have been told that I needed to submit estimates for replacement, which I have, only to be told I would hear back soon over and over. Or the person who will get back to me is out of state, out of the country etc. I loved that the company does great things with the funds gained from moving, and even understand that the owner travels frequently but it's been 53 days with no resolution in sight that I can see, nor have I been contacted without me reaching out repeatedly. Accidents happen but this will end up costing me more than the move itself.

Wow!!! My experience was nothing short of 10 stars. From prompt and efficient scheduling with Brittany to a well organized move with Zach and team, customer service was top notch. It was a long 12 hours but Zach, Anthony, and Tanner always had a smile on their faces and exhibited such great attitudes. They were strong, careful, and considerate. Zach called me the night before to introduce himself, and stayed in constant communication throughout the process to ensure we were on the same page. Since everyone and their mother moved this past Saturday, they didn't charge me for taking multiple trips (30 miles each way x 3 trips) and was very careful to notate the hours. They worked through lunch and dinner because they didn't want us to be delayed (and never once complained)! Amazing group of guys and great company all around. We will be calling them again in 6 months for our final move.
