We are a family owned local small business servicing Dallas and the surrounding areas for over 11 years. New customers can sign an annual contract and get the 13th month free (required credit card on file for monthly billing). We service both residential and commercial properties.

If it were possible to rate with less than "F" I would. Carole is rude and argumentative. For some reason they moved us (without telling us) to Saturday morning at 7:30am, and when we called (repeatedly) to ask them to change us back to afternoons, the final phone exchange ended with Carole telling me she was firing me. ***? I'm guessing that Carole (self titled VP of Operations) never attended Customer Service 101 in business school, or any other class for that matter. Because if she did, she'd know that businesses don't fire customers, customers fire the business. Which is what I did. Do yourself a favor and pass on these dorks. I wish I had.

When they mowed, it was fine, but when they couldn't mow the day after it rained, it threw off their schedule. I was told that they would mow the next day...they didn't. The next week, they were still off schedule, and I was told that they would mow the next day...they didn't.  I told them that my house was on the market, and I had to have it mowed once a week. It has been 2 weeks, and we have a jungle. I told the owner, Carole, that I needed it mowed today, or I would have to hire someone else. She said that she didn't like to be threatened, and the mowers might just forget to mow my lawn today. I prepaid for the entire 4 weeks of April and only received 3 weeks of mowing. I have received no mowings in May. I have been a customer for 5 years, and have been treated horribly these past 2 months. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I would never hire them again, ever. Don't waste your money. She said that she would refund my money...for some reason, I don't believe that.

I never heard the term cut and blow until I came to Dallas five months ago. There are literally hundreds of companies and individuals who cut the grass and blow the shavings and leaves into your neighbors lawn or into your pool. Ticer is one of these companies and I was hoping they would be more than that. I never received any treatments for weeds, pests, etc. I have tried on multiple occasions to get someone to come out and talk about the condition of the lawn and what can be done to improve it. Communication and returning calls is not a strength and my sense is that they really have no knowledge other than cut and blow.
I am taking quotes now trying to find a more professional company

We were sold the all-inclusive service with a monthly payment of $130 year round. This included mowing (weekly or less depending on the season), weed treatment, feeding and general care.
The lawn care went well at first but after a few months, the guys came in and just mowed the lawn. I never saw them apply any treatment or feed.
Our lawn ended-up being a field of weeds and in terrible shape. We paid for a service that was simply not there.
Another problem was that the mow date was scheduled the day after our pool maintenance day. We asked to change many time and were told that it was not possible because the crew was in our area that day only. That did not help.
After several complaints about the service day and the state of our lawn, we received a very curt and unfriendly e-mail acknowledging our wish to stop the service. They did not try to discuss or get us back; that was the last blow.
Overall, we are just very disappointed.
