Thermodynamics

Michael had previously given us a quote on replacing our unit since he had been making small repairs to our air conditioner over the last few years.  When our unit became very noisy this summer, we called Michael to see if he would replace our system.  He came on a Wednesday to measure and reassess and promised to start on the replacement Friday of that week.  He showed up at 7:30 a.m. with an assistant and began working.  The job was quite tedious and he ran into a few snags along the way.  He and his assistant left at 9:30 p.m. not quite done.  He was very concerned about cleaning up before he left, but we assured him it was okay to leave things as they were.  He and his assistant returned Saturday morning about 8:30 and finished the job at 4:30 p.m.  We were concerned about a few vents not cooling, we asked him to check them before we signed off on the job.  We went from vent to vent with a thermometer and found that all of the vents were producing cold air.  Michael and his crew were very efficient, thorough, friendly and respected our house and belongings.  They were careful to cover floors and made sure they did not bump any walls when removing the attic heating unit.  When all was said and done, he billed us the price he had quoted us almost a year ago.  We are very satisfied with all this company had to offer and would recommend it to anyone needing service or replacement.
