John was responsive, friendly, and so thorough! You can rest assured knowing he'll identify any potential problems and won't miss anything! He found things that would have cost us a ton of money down the road, and he took time to explain things to us (like our built-in dehumidifier) that we didn't even fully understand! I'd highly recommend him for any services offered and will definitely use him as needed down the road!

I had John inspect an older home I was purchasing. The home hadn't been occupied for a few years, so I needed a very thorough inspection. John went into great detail in his report, and even covered some specific areas that I had questions on. I live in a different state, and he was great to communicate and handle everything over the phone and email. I will definitely be recommending John in the future.

Excellent service, John came on time, did a thorough inspection of every item, I bugged him a lot with questions about what to do, how to maintain, etc, he patiently explained everything to me. He took pictures of everything that needed work documented it and compiledd a neat report for me. Will refer him to anyone needing a good house inspection.

John performed a home inspection for my daughter and her fiance for a potential home purchase. From the very first phone call John was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and informative, and scheduled an inspection for the very next day. On the day of the inspection he was punctual, thorough, professional, friendly, and polite. He thoroughly explained his inspection findings in person at the house, and then emailed a copy with more information to my daughter. My daughter and her fiance ended up not buying that house, but plan to call John for an inspection when they find another one.
