purchased a leather couch including an extended warranty..did not stand behind the product or warranty they sold

Stacy Furniture is the retailer for a furniture line that I was seeking.  I went to the Grapevine, TX store, and was greeted by Melanie Bosley.  I am writing this review because until my experience at Stacy and with Ms. Bosley. ,In the past,  I have dreaded going to furniture stores... the sales personnel are typically agressive-- pounce on you at the door, and then follow you around,and  try to start conversations-- borderline harrassment. 

In this instance, Ms. Bosley was helpful, informed and attentive, but never pushy.. gave me plenty of time and space to contemplate my needs.  She was available when I did have a question, and patient.  The deal was sealed when, after I had placed the order, she called to let me know that she was going on vacation, but would contact me if the furniture arrived while she was gone so that we could schedule the delivery.  She provided her mobile phone number if I had any question or concern while she was gone.
The furniture was ready and delivered as promised. Although mine was not a major purchase, the Stacy Furniture commitment to quality products, and Ms. Bosley's attentiveness and follow-through was terriric. I will definitely be a return customer.

It went great. I had been to Stacy Furniture several times trying to pick out 4 custom chairs and an cocktail table to go into my living room. Jeff Miller was my sales person and he was great to work with. He helped me find furniture with out being pushy or over bearing. I actually went back to the showroom several times before making my final selections and he never pressured me to make a decision. He let me borrow several different fabric samples to help me make my decision. Once I did, he order me fabric samples of my own so I could continue on my decorating hunt while waiting for the furniture I ordered to be manufactured and then delivered. When the furniture was delivered there was a defect in the material on the top of the cocktail table. The delivery men told me they would wait while I called the store to decide what to do. Denise in the office made things very easy for me. She told me to send the piece back with the delivery men and they would order a new one. She never made me feel as if I need to keep the item and made the reorder and delivery as simple as possible. A nice place to do business.
