+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the owner's responsiveness to our needs. The quality of work was excellent. We could not have been happier with the care and personal steps Sharkey Construction did to meet our needs. We would highly recommend them and plan on using them to paint the interior of our home in the near future.
Description of Work: Our water heater burst in our attic while we were away. We came home to a ceiling falling down and hardwood floors buckling. Needless to say, we had a tremendous mess. Sharkey Construction was recommended by our insurance company. Although, we received other quotes and one was actually a little less then Sharkey Construction, we felt the professionalism and confidence that the work that needed to be completed would be done with extreme care. We had our ceiling replaced, including installation of a new water heater and new flooring in our kitchen. We were very happy with the final results. Since there was a lot of dust from removing the floor and tearing down the remainder of the ceiling, we were concerned about the dust and debris, but Sharkey Construction cleaned up daily and removed all debris without adding to the mess.

+ 2 moreRandy Nelson exceded our expectations. He was very timely and his quaility of work was exeptional. He fine tuned our design to make the room even more grand. I highly recommend Sharkey Construction for any remodel or new home build.
Description of Work: New sunroom edition including: custom stained concrete, wood burning fireplace with cedar mantle, piped in HVAC, electrical, exterior lighting, custom fitted french doors from house to sunroom, cedar beams, stained grade trim.
