I was happy with the results but shane dd not do some of the things I had asked him to do. He did not communicate well at all and did not supervise his workers very well.. When his workers were coating the floors with the polyurethane they got it all over the walls. A lot of the stain also got on the grout in the kitchen and bath. There was a small area they missed with polyurethane and I asked Shane to bring buy a small cup full and I would do the repair myself, it took him at least a week to do so. The polyurethane he brought by was the wrong sheen, I needed a satin and he brought buy a semi gloss. I tried to call Shane several times afterwords for additional work but he never returned my calls. There was also a small hole that went right through the floor but I was able to repair that on my own. shane is not easy to talk to and he says very little back when you ask him a question.
