 + -1 moreJesse Rocha is a real professional who makes sure that the work completed is of high quality and is done in a timely manner. He is careful about the workers and subcontractors he uses. He is smart, reliable, responsible, responsive, reasonably priced and he stands behind his work. In August of 2007, we started with a list of items we wanted completed and were so pleased, we had him do much, much more. Everything now looks fantastic! He became a member of our family, especially beloved by our two standard poodles who jump for joy whenever they see him. So do we!!
Description of Work: In 2006, we bought a 1924 Italianate house in the University Park area of Dallas loaded with character and needing tons of work. For several years, the house was occupied by a fraternity, so you can imagine the condition of the house. The main house has interior walls of concrete block and reinforced concrete bases for all three floors, so working on it is a real challenge. Twenty-two of the window sashes were rotted out and the original windows were all custom built on site, so none of them had the exact same measurements. The kitchens and bathrooms needed updating. Lots of stuff both inside and outside of the house (including the guest house, garage, fencing and retaining walls) needed to be repaired or replaced and all the walls and trim needed to be painted.
