My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Ridgecap Consulting and their whole team. From the first meeting with Evan to the continuous follow through with the insurance company, we were very impressed with the professionalism that Ridgecap shows from beginning to end. We were able to get all of the items that were damaged by hail fixed and some the adjuster didn't even find. Eric deals with contractors of the highest caliber and I didn't worry for one minute when they were working on my house. I would definitely use them again on future projects and would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time! If you are thinking about having roofing repairs, gutters, A/C or anything else that might need fixing, I would definitely give these guys a call!!

Prior to meeting Eric and Evan with Ridgecap Consulting, I was lost in this entire process. I had been going back and forth with my Insurance company, adjuster, mortgage company and another contractor for over 4 months. Going through a claim process like this can be extremely overwhelming. Eric and Evan came over one evening after I got off work to walk us through the entire process. They explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions! They did a free inspection and showed me a detailed report, noting several items the other contractor had never noticed. Not only did they assist me with the roof, they did our fence, gutters, AC unit and interior paint touchups. I had no idea what to expect because the previous contractor I had been working with for several months had left me with more questions than answers, so by the time I began working with the Ridgecap team they turned the whole situation around for me. They met all the trades at the house, and coordinated all the work. They made themselves available to me at all times and kept me constantly updated. They worked with my insurance company to get the money we needed to get all the work done. When I tell you that they really did an amazing job, I mean every word of it. Very Well. They were able to increase my insurance claim by 80% to cover the additional damages they found that were missed by my insurance carrier. I would say they also conduction themselves very professionally. They were excellent in their responsiveness in a timely manner. They were also able to assist with communicating with my insurance company. They took extra time and patience to answer my questions. They seemed very thorough in their approach and paid good attentions to the details and they used good subcontractors. They even offered help with my selection of colors.

They did an excellent. Eric my contact person is very good with negotiating with sometimes reluctant insurance companies. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Everything was done with quality, on budget and ahead of schedule. There was good communication throughout the process so we always knew what to expect. None of our plants were damaged. Clean up was thorough.

Very well! The company uses the same software for insurance claims that the insurance company uses and so the pricing and submitting for insurance approvals went very smoothly. Also, they were patient through the HOA approval process.

They came out and gave me an honest assessment of what needed done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Work was completed as we discussed, at a high quality and with professionals. I had a very positive experience and recommend them to friends and family.

If I need any repair work done in the future, the only company I will use as ridge cap Consulting. We needed our roof repaired as a result of hail damage earlier in the year. Not only did they get our roof approved, but they also were able to get our house painted, garage door replaced, our fence stained and repaired, all of our guttering. They went so far above and beyond. They're customer service I would rate far and above anybody else's. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Eric is amazing.
