We had them plant a variety of trees and bushes and add a rockbed with stones and surrounded by greenery and flowers. The work was finished as promised. I think they had to replace one plant that died and they were happy to do so.

It is a wonderful nursery. They carry a lot of native Texas plants. We go there often.

Pucket Nursery in Allen has very nice selections of plant material. Avoid their service at all cost. Good luck even getting the landscape architect to reply to a request should you make that mistake.

They were great as usual. It is easy to get bad landscaping products and you might get trees and bushes that have not been grown well and not well taken care of and you are taking a gamble when you go to some of these places, but with Puckett's, the trees or the bushes go in and they stay alive. They are nicely grown and they sell a quality product. They select them individually so that they know exactly what is going into their store. I think that their prices are pretty fair. They are there when they say they are going to be there. The guys are prompt and do exactly what they are supposed to, and they smile and do it if you ask them to do something or they see that it needs to be done.

They had sold us and planted for us a large crape myrtle tree. They accidentally broke a drip hose line while they were digging a hole because it was a big hole. They simply went to their truck and got the repair kit for it and fixed it. They did not talk to us or ask us about it. They were very responsible. It works fine now. They give good advice to people who have casual questions about things in the area. They talk to people honestly instead of just trying to get a sale.

Very good. The price for the design was very affordable - for ~ $50 we had a design in our hands, either we could do it or have them do it. A little hard to get ahold of the designer, but for the price I can't complain. We elected to have them do the work - they did a very good job, even saving and potting some of our existing landscape that we wanted to save and move around back. A few plants were missing from the original quote, so we ended up spending about $150 more, but I felt it was an honest mistake. Took 1 full day.

They did a pretty good job in the first place and I was happy with their quality service. The crew was very nice and replaced the things without any problem. However, they did take a little longer than expected and came here only in the middle of the summer. That was a little difficult to keep things going in the middle of the summer.
