It was very good. I would highly recommend them. They're a good provider.

We had been dealing with a very unpleasant broker at HomeTeam Lending and wanted to get away but time was of the essence. Luckily, our realtor referred us to Terry Fann at Prime Lending. He came through for us, saved the day, and restored our faith in the system.  He was quick to return our call, delivered a great rate, exceptional service, and we closed on time without any issues. He kept us informed every step of the way.  We will use Prime Lending again and we highly recommend.

Terry was seriously a Godsend!!! After a terrible, month long experience with Chase, my realtor suggested I call Terry. She assured me that he was awesome and that he would be able to process my loan, no problem. Sure enough, he had me approved in less than a week and we closed exactly nine days after I contacted him!!!! I was super impressed with him from the get go. Terry did a great job of explaining things and he was always there to answer my calls when I had questions. My only regret is that I didn't call him first! He is truly amazing!

I would highly recommend Terry Fann and his team at PrimeLending in Allen, Tx.. My wife and I chose Primelending because of good reviews on Angie's List and because we had done a refinance through PrimeLending years ago that went well. Terry was able to walk us through the process and respond quickly as we were looking at multiple houses. Once we found the house, Terry and his team were ready to closed within weeks, beating our original deadline by one week. Terry called me personally the day of close to make sure all the details were in place.
I can honestly say getting a mortgage was the easiest part of our home buying experience. We were able to handle most all things online via the online application process, via email and scanned documents and the online portal for uploads.
