He is very experienced Realtor, but did not to do market research and did not provide accurate advise. During the 10 day option period he contacted us on the 8th day to let us know about the option period and only gave us 2 days to decide on the home. He picked out the loan agency and did not provide us with the details of the loan. We were surprised at the day of closing what type of the loan that he had found for us. He had arrived an hour and a half late to the closing and did not seem to have our best interest in mind.
