Eddie & crew replaced some chipped brick on our mailbox column. He also jacked up the foundation on a driveway light post, repaired broken wiring, and installed new post lights. Very detailed work.

Eddie was amazing. Very professional, completed ahead of schedule and made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn't be more pleased with his job performance. I needed some additional work performed and he was able to refer me to another professional to have the work completed. Best home project to date!

Eddie was really good. He came for an estimate and the next day his guys showed up right on time and then finished the work. They were meticulous. Love the finished work. My sidewalk looks neat.

I had them put in a new heater. That part of the project was fine. Eddie is a super nice guy and convinced me to pay extra to re-route my pipes to optionally turn my pool drain line into a pressure line to put hot water in the bottom of the pool when heating the pool. I agreed but they kept installing the valves on the wrong lines (first spa drain, then pool skimmer lines) and had to come back out and redo the work multiple times. I ended up with a spaghetti mess of pipes and patches. They also introduced leaks which I had to pay somebody else to fix. I had tried to contact them several times about the leaks they introduced but they stopped returning my emails.

If ever there was an "on time and under budget" experience, this was it. we had our pool resurfaced in the off season to save money, and we really did. They completed the work during a brief weekend warm spell during the last of the cold winter weather. The re-plaster looks absolutely great. Our 35 year old pool looks brand new again.

Helped us save our pool pump during a freeze at no charge. Will definitely hire again for a few big jobs coming up in the spring.

The professional way Eddie Ross approached the repairs on my pool were not only, prompt, successful, and beautifully completed, he also gave me a since of a true professional who knew his business, and who did everything he could to keep the much needed repairs within my budget, but did all of this in record time.. Start to finish was a matter of about 6-7 days.. My pool is beautiful it is level, Eddie has matched the pool coping as beautifully as it could be matched, he put in new tile, and plastered the pool.. I look forward to having a beautiful and non leaking pool for my kids, grandkids, and great grand kids next summer. I would highly recommend Ross Pool service to anyone who wants to be treated honestly, with integrity, and totally professional.. I had a pool plumbing emergency on a Saturday and contacted Mr Eddie Ross thru Home Advisor. He came right out and fixed enough to hold me over till Monday. Came back on Monday and pipe is good as new. Highly recommend!

On time as agreed and great job.

I am very dissapointed. I gave Eddie Ross many of opportunities. I hired him for other jobs, he is a nice guy. He has repaired my pool by installing a used heater, a new pool pump. I was pleased although he is not reliable and very hard to reach. I hired him again to level my patio with self-leveling concrete. He said it would take him at least 10 bags, I saw what he used it was not even near 10 bags, he used 4 bags. The self-leveling concrete has started cracking, it was a terrible job, bubbles everywhere and bumps. I've called him and texted him many of times with no response. He took my money and did not finish the rest of the job, as he was suppose to do mortar work around my pool. This really hurts to write this review as I will say again, I like him as a person, but I will not hire this man again unless it makes things right with me. My patio is a mess, and I am out a lot of money for work that wasn't finished. :(
