Organicare of North Texas

We just started using Organicare this year, we are doing the 75% Organic plan. We had been using another organic lawn care service but were not seeing any results after a few years so decided to switch. Mike is great about calling you the day before he is to perform the service. He is very knowledgeable and performs the work himself so he makes sure it is done right. Since we've only used his service for a couple months it's too early to tell what our results are going to be but we'll provide an update 6-12 months from now since we'll have a better idea.

Mike has been taking care of my yard for years. When I look at my neighbors, I am the only one without weeds in my yard. Our yard looks great and has looked great for years. I especially notice the difference in springtime when weeds start cropping up. Mike is very responsive, professional, and just an all around nice guy who will do whatever it takes to make your yard look good.

I like the service a lot. I had gone to a hundred percent organic company and they were just never able to get rid of the dallisgrass. I wasn't happy with the way our lawn looked. Organicare of North Texas does a program that has 75 percent organic and 25 percent not organic. He was able to get rid of all the stuff that was bothering our lawn within a few weeks. He made multiple trips to get rid of dallisgrass which was a problem. He got it all up to shape and it was maintenance after that. I have been really happy with him. He comes on a monthly basis. He knows when he should come because he is doing it. He notifies us the day before he comes. After he does it, he leaves a note on the door with any instructions.

We have had a great experience with Organicare. We highly recommend them. We have been using them for the past several years. Our yard was the best looking yard in the neighborhood and when everyone else was covered in weeds this spring (2012) our yard had NONE!

I believe I'm on my 3rd year of service with Organicare. Mike has been very honest from the start, specifically in explaining the pros/cons of organic weed treatment. Mike applies organic fertilizer and chemical weed treatment. But...after the first year, I have no weeds for him to treat. I do have a nutgrass issue but Mike controls that each year as well. My lawn has looked so much better than with any of the other providers I've used in the past. I highly recommend Organicare.

He has been great for lawn care. He is a real friendly guy and he does a good job. I am happy with the service so far.
