He arrived on time, performed the work as promised, within the price quoted, was very polite and explained all that he was doing along the way. His pricing was also very reasonable. I considered one of the online computer "cleansing" downloads, but read too many bad reviews. Having someone come to your house at $95 an hour is very reasonable. I'm happy to report, both units are running MUCH better and the $150 versus new computers was much better too!
Description of Work: We had two laptop computers running very slow due to malware, spyware, unused programs, etc. Nathan worked on both.

Description of Work: Nathan cleaned the viruses off my computer and did a general clean up. He also showed me how to print from my Iphone and correctly sync my Itunes. He was very courteous and showed me how to do these clean ups myself in the future so that my computer will continue to run great. I'm very happy with the service I received!
