Jim Luttrall is meticulous about every detail. He goes through the house with a and quot;magnifying glassand quot; and details and photographs every single defect. Nothing slips his eye. Even potential future problems are noted and explanations given. Jim is also great with explaining the most important problems in person. Jim is also extremely honest about problems -- if you are buying or selling a home Jim will give you every potential hiccup large or small. Even though Jim did not do a foundation elevation survey he was able to thoroughly explain an existing survey and potential problems and confirm the conclusions of the report.
