Jeremy was extrmemely quick to respond, and make an appointment to fix my mac, along with a wireless printer that was having issues. My Mac is running 110% better, as well as the printer, and the cost was very reasonable and fair.

I was fairly agitated with a previous provider and have been trained for years by corporate IT departments to have low expectations for computer and network services. I desperately wanted someone who was more reliable to help me with my home's internet/computer/media network when I was completing a home makeover two years ago. I then found Jeremy Zuther's Mr. Computer when researching for a firm. Jeremy is very responsive, always exactly on-time (no small thing), exacting/organized (this made the reinstallation of my system much easier after the makeover was complete) and technically very advanced. He was able to complete every task quickly as he knew exactly what to do and how to configure the latest technology. He has been back a couple of times since then to repair an equipment failure here or there and his level of service is just as superior as it was when I first met him. I cannot recommend Jeremey and his firm enough!

Jeremy was great. I needed an emergency response and he provides that. He came over quickly and diagnosed the problem. He recommended a new computer for less than the price of the major repair needed. When I declined the repair, he didn't charge me the emergency price. Plus, he gave great advice on a new computer.

My computer was picked up and service was performed at Mr Computer's shop. Upon delivery he spent time necessary to reinstall software for which I had licenses. All aspects of the service were about as good as they could be.
