Several years ago after my husband passed away I had to locate a plumber for my washing machine was backing up into my bathtub. Called several plumbers -- did not like their time lines for I was working or what they wanted to charge for various things and didn't seem to know what the issue was either. Located Michael and HE was so KNOWLEDGEABLE and Friendly. The weather was very rainy but he came out -- got on my roof IN THE POURING RAIN --cleaned out the vent stacks on the roof -- and i have never had an issue like that again! And the price was very reasonable! The other plumbers sure did NOT think of this fix or suggest this as a remedy. Thank goodness for an HONEST PLUMBER! Since then if I have a plumbing issue I call Michael's Master Plumbing -- like needing a new garbage disposal. Even his employees are super duper as well! Years ago my husband had installed taller "handicapped" toilets for each bathroom. Since then they have needed the inside parts in the tanks replaced and outside handles so they operate more efficiently. Michael did a superb job and it is so fantastic to know an honest plumber as well as someone who will not rob you. This is a BLESSING! THANKS Michael!!!

I called Michael’s Master Plumbing at 8:15 am. Michael was in the area and dropped by within the hour. He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use him again!

The repair went great. Michael repaired the leaks in a shower faucet that was installed when the house was built in 1985. He arrived on time, fully explained what had to be done, and went above and beyond to find the necessary replacement parts. Michael is very knowledgeable, very professional, and exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I had him do the work and will use him for all my plumbing repairs.

I called Michael at 7:15 AM. He answered promptly and was extremely friendly. He had several options he gave me to come out that day (most other plumbers make you wait 2-3 or more days) and we set the time. He ended up showing up early before anyone was home and said it was no problem and he would just come back when he finished his next job. When he showed up, he got straight to work and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He gave some tips on how to avoid in the future and said if the problem re-surfaced soon after he left that he would just come by and fix it. Overall great experience, prompt service, and super nice guy.

I normally wait a while after buying a service or product before writing a review but I'm making an exception here. When hiring a professional to do work at our house, I love as much information as possible. Michael was exceptional at explaining his work - before, during, and after its completion. He recommended we replace our 30 year-old toilet. Unlike many service professionals who would have bought it and marked the price up, he suggested I buy it myself and call him when I had it in hand. He recommended a couple that he thought were the best and provided all the details I needed about features and properly sizing it. (For instance, I didn't know there there were differences in how far from the wall the bolts were that mount the toilet to the floor.) Once I had it, Michael came out the next morning and arrived early. He was extremely professional, worked quickly, and explained everything he did. Not once did I feel like he was trying to up-sell me with unneeded work. I was extremely surprised and pleased with Michael's pricing and will not only use him for any future work (we are about to do an extensive remodel that will involve more plumbing needs) but will also happily recommend him. He was fabulous. He was highly professional and I really felt like he was honest and fair with me. The parts to do the repair which I bought myself was faulty and the repair actually needed to be done again and he didn't charge me for the second repair. I have a few other repairs that I just need to find the time to get the parts so he can take care of it.

I've used Michael's for several years. He is extremely professional and courteous. I'm very particular about people coming into my home and the first time he came in I was very at ease with him being there. This last visit I woke up to a puddle in my master bath and he came right out to get it taken care of. His pricing is very good and I am so happy with his services.
