Meticulous Lawn Care MLC Services

I hired them to mow my lawn. After the summer and fall, I noticed my bill was more than what it should have been and when I asked for an itemized statement I never got one. Then when I told the owner to stop charging my card they continued to charge it and I finally had to cancel my card so they would stop charging it.

The service from the beginning was mediocre but then again when I try to get in contact with the contractor the service was poor when you try to get ahold of him his mailbox is full and you can never get ahold of him.poor communication.

My lawn has looked considerably worse since I hired Mark. Back in June, I started calling and leaving messages, texting and emailing Mark to cancel my services with him. I did this many times. No response. He is still charging my card as of September. STAY AWAY!

Broke a mushroom figurine the first time they cut my grass. I left them a message. No one ever even reached out with a response.

From the customer service department to the installation team, everyone was very friendly and personable. Great prices and great business! I'll be a forever client if my first impression remains my only impression.

Mark was quick to resolve issues

I called to have a quote done and within 24 hours they had surveyed our area that we needed mowed and scheduled it to be taken care of the very next day. Very professional and polite.

This company is really great! I am very happy with the Lawn Service. They mow my lawn every week and keep it looking beautiful. They also keep the shrubs well maintained and keep the weeds away.I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

Owner came out and gave me a firm price, other company s just wanted pictures and gave you estimate prices, crew came out and were friendly and polite very happy with the lights look great just what I wanted

Customer service and communication is horrible and the quality of work is serviceable, at best; the crew has never bagged the grass after being asked repeatedly. Prices have been raised reasoning that bushes will be trimmed and flower beds weeded in between cuttings; I have yet to receive any of these new duties. After admitting the failure, the owner of the company has continued to push off discussions to remedy the situation and is now ignoring/avoiding phone calls. I strongly suggest staying away from this company and finding a different service. I have given this service half a star because the site will not allow me to give zero.

Hired for the annual program fertilizer and lawn. Communications are sporadic. They dont always show up as scheduled. Im debating whether or not I will keep the service.

So, MLC just left my home after completing my first service, and I have to say, as a meticulous individual, maybe even a little OCD, they did a fantastic job!!!! They took their time, they weren't in a rush, they cleaned everything up, including my flower beds, which were full of leaves from the fall and winter and best of all they actually used an EDGER WITH A BLADE, INSTEAD OF A WEEDEATER to edge my yard!!!!! Yay, finally, a company that doesn't take short cuts!!!!!! Kudos to MLC, I can't say enough.
