Meticulous Lawn Care (MLC Services) provides professional weekly or bi-weekly lawn service to Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Wylie, Texas. Our service includes cross-cutting your lawn, (changing the direction of cut) each and every week of service, edging with a straight edge blade along all concrete surfaces allowing for a perfectly manicured edge, line trimming around the house, flower beds and fence and blowing all clippings from the lawn and concrete areas. I hired them to mow my lawn. After the summer and fall, I noticed my bill was more than what it should have been and when I asked for an itemized statement I never got one. Then when I told the owner to stop charging my card they continued to charge it and I finally had to cancel my card so they would stop charging it.

The service from the beginning was mediocre but then again when I try to get in contact with the contractor the service was poor when you try to get ahold of him his mailbox is full and you can never get ahold of him.poor communication.

My lawn has looked considerably worse since I hired Mark. Back in June, I started calling and leaving messages, texting and emailing Mark to cancel my services with him. I did this many times. No response. He is still charging my card as of September. STAY AWAY!

Customer service and communication is horrible and the quality of work is serviceable, at best; the crew has never bagged the grass after being asked repeatedly. Prices have been raised reasoning that bushes will be trimmed and flower beds weeded in between cuttings; I have yet to receive any of these new duties. After admitting the failure, the owner of the company has continued to push off discussions to remedy the situation and is now ignoring/avoiding phone calls. I strongly suggest staying away from this company and finding a different service. I have given this service half a star because the site will not allow me to give zero.

So, MLC just left my home after completing my first service, and I have to say, as a meticulous individual, maybe even a little OCD, they did a fantastic job!!!! They took their time, they weren't in a rush, they cleaned everything up, including my flower beds, which were full of leaves from the fall and winter and best of all they actually used an EDGER WITH A BLADE, INSTEAD OF A WEEDEATER to edge my yard!!!!! Yay, finally, a company that doesn't take short cuts!!!!!! Kudos to MLC, I can't say enough.
