It went well and everything was good.

We don't deal with the staff usually. My husband investigates everything online first, on the product. He's a very technical kind of guy so he investigates everything on-line first on what's the best out there. We check to see if they have it. If so, we go in and look at it and usually purchase it, that's it. The staff is great there. Delivery and installation was perfect. They came in, took the old ones out, and put the new ones in. That was it. Out of everybody, their price was the best. We've always dealt with them. We've lived here for 12 years and they're the best.

My experience was great. My husband checked it out and we looked at different ones on line: what they did and what we wanted. We cook a lot when it comes to the holidays, so we wanted one that had a bigger inside than what we had before. We were looking for a stainless steel one too. So, we did that and got it from there. We did the installation ourselves. They're always really good. Being local, we know a lot of people around here so we know a lot of the people that work there. Plus, I think it's my husband's second home.

They sucked. They missed the appointment and they wanted me to wait three more weeks and I said to them no way so then they sent some guy and I think he was on a hangover. He was etremely late and he tracked caulk all over my house. I'll never use them again.

They were professional, curteious and the work was without question Professional. Their price was very reasonable. Less than 10-20% from the competition.

They were professional, but the time between purchasing and having the dishwasher installed is a 30 day window.
