General Remodeling
His workmen showed up late and left early. The left the job a mess - I cleaned up every night. The electrician he hired did not show up for 2 weeks and delayed the dry wall - Jim finally told me to work it out with the electrician even though he was his subcontractor. We had to find our own sub contractors to do the floors and paint. On 4 seperate occasions he tried to bill me twice for the same thing and became beligerant when I pointed this out to him. The final conclusion was that he refused to do anything on the punch list until I paid the last invoice which I allready paid. I ended up doing the puch list my self. Do not use this contractor - he should be selling used cars.
