Requests were primarily ignored while the cleaners conducted their seemingly normal surface clean duties. During original phone conversation, we were promised a different service which didnt happen. Be careful.

The provider did a good job cleaning my house for about six months.  There were a couple instances where I asked them to correct something they'd not done to my satisfaction.  One, they unplugged everything in the master bath and didn't plug it back in and two, they threw away some items they thought was trash although it wasn't in the trash.
They displayed significant challenges arriving at the appointed time.  They would arrive anywhere from 45 minutes early to 1 hour late, and never contacted me regarding a change in arrival time.
I referred them to a friend, they were 1-1/2 hours late, only responded when my friend asked for an arrival update, then they got mad at being questioned, and completely canceled my friend.  When I questioned them about their treatment of her, they canceled me as well.

Jericho has done a wonderful job for us for about 3 years. They are always on time, efficient, careful with our items/house and do a wonderful job.
