I got my start with this company and worked with the founder Jim before he let me go solo. Jim earned his customers based on simple morals. You don’t lie to your customer, you don’t cheat your customer and you always treat your customer like they are number one. Your satisfied customer is your BEST referral. If you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. This is literally the only company that I would refer to anyone and honestly say they will NOT take advantage of you. . They will always stand behind their work and they will always treat every customer like they are number one. There are ALOT of shady/questionable companies in the DFW area, but Jaric is NOT in that category. More companies should follow the basic moral code that Jim always practiced.

It went GREAT. Excellent customer service, quality work, and clean up. I am so impressed with Jaric. We had quotes from 3 companies and Jaric came out on top. Jimmy did not try to over sell us a higher priced unit that I was looking at. We choose the unit he suggested and could not be happier. This was a big job and Jimmy was here most of the day to make sure things went well. They showed up on time and all work was completed ahead of schedule. . This will be our AC company for all future services, I am a customer for life. I can't say enough good things about this company. No need to shop around, call Jaric.

Exactly like contract described. They even did a little extra above what I expected! Replaced more feet of air ducts than I thought and then hung them high so I can now have use of my attic space. We were extremely pleased with the work and professionalism. Took care of my house and cleaned up nicely also. Would highly recommend this company!

We've used them for decades. They come out twice a year and check it. We pay a maintenance fee. You get a discount if you have that agreement with them.

--------- Below is the update ---------- I changed my original "Lousy" review. The owner Jim has called me nicely and responsibly. I changed the review to "Good" and WILL STILL CONSIDER/RECOMMEND them because of his responsible attitude. I changed the review also because technician Don, who did the second service they offered, works hard and is very nice and helpful. ------- Below is what happened ------- One of my AC did not provide cool air. The guy arrived on time. He check the outside AC and figured out the problem is because the AC is out of Freon. And my other AC also has this problem. He said shortage of Freon should not happen in normal cases. So I assume there is a leakage (this is also what he wrote on the diagnosis report). Then he went up to attic trying to locate the leakage and failed. BTW, I am OK with that. But when the bill came, it turned out that he had already refilled the Freon when he was outside doing the diagnosis and without asking me (he did it even before he went up to attic and tried to locate the leakage). I thought the procedure should be like this: 1. identify the problem 2. explain to customer and provide fix options 3. ask the choice of customer 4. perform the service that customer choose You just CANNOT ASSUME the customer will choose "option A" by default or base on you own thought even though he would probably choose "option A" AFTER YOU ASKED. What if I want to find somebody else to locate the leakage first since this guy could not? This is probably true especially for shortage of Freon case because it is pointless to refill before fixing the leakage since the refilled Freon will leak out like before. It is an understandable mistake but it is still a mistake. This is the ONLY point I am unhappy with this company. Other than this, it all went well.

The inspection went well and they seemed to understand the issue. They said that I needed to replace the ductwork. I never had any problems with them except for the price, so I ended up using someone else.

The experience was great as usual and not extremely expensive. A new pan was replaced in the attic and the air condition unit out side was cleaned and checked for freon. Don was at my house for a little over an hour and, in my opinion, did a very good job.

I was away out of town and I have pets; they sent Don on a Sunday to fix the AC while it was down. He called multiple times to let me know the situations, took my payment right over the phone to ensure that I would have AC when I got back home and my pets would be okay while I was gone! He was excellent! About a month later I just had the entire system replaced. I was so impressed that they sent him out on a Sunday! I would recommend them.

It was about 8 grand for the A/C and heater. It was a wonderful experience with them. Start to finish with the project, they always knew where I stood. The sales rep was no-nonsense. He was just very matter-of-fact. There wasn't a lot of trying to fill in extras or this or that. The price was what the price was. It was a fair one for what I was getting. They were on time for delivery. My wife was here while they were doing all the installation. Everything was immaculate when they left. It was just a very well run installation.
