I used Honest Home Inspect multiple times now, and let me just say I was impressed with how thorough of a job they did. I am an investor, and recently went into option for 5 different houses at the same time. My old inspector moved out of state so I was in desperate need of finding somebody to inspect these properties before the option period ended. I spoke with a few other inspectors, but Dylan ( the owner ) seemed to have my best interest. He made sure to get every one of them knocked out while still being in excellent communication during the whole madness. He would meet with me in person to explain the report, and answered any questions I had. I will definitely recommend him, and continue to use him in the near future.
