+ -1 moreIt did take a long time. I had to stand in line. Getting waited on was ridiculous. I remember standing at the counter for a good 30-45 minutes. Then they were like what can we do for you and I was like really? I think they do an in-home service but I carried it in because there was an extra charge for in-home. I haven't had any problems since. I didn't look around regarding pricing. I would use them again if need be.
Description of Work: I used them to get a virus off my computer.
