 + -1 moreThe job took way longer than promised at first. The GM was constantly praising herself and her contractors about how great of a job they are doing but I had to constantly point out flows and the corrections that needed to be made in order to get the job done correctly. There were multiple problems during the course of the job, including me taking off work to be here and the carpet contractors standing us up and not showing up. Also,I was charged a good amount of money by them for moving my furniture around to do the job, however, when the job was done the furniture was not reassembled and put back together correctly and we had to hire others to do it. Needless to say I'm never gonna use them again or recommend them to anybody.
