"This home had severe water damage due to an upstairs plumbing pipe that had broke. Sometimes we don't know how much work is needed until the work is actually started. There were many custom components such as special painted faux finished walls. We couldn't proceed with the job until the home owner approved the special samples we prepared. The first faux paints she selected on her own, which she did not like. We went through several custom samples and days before receiving approval. This client works long hours and wasn't available. We could not proceed with this project until receiving approval. It is true that the carpet installers didn't show up on the day designated. It was two days later. The home owner said it was fine because she wasn't staying inside her home during this time. I could have scheduled another carpet crew for the same day, if she needed the carpet installed immedietly. We placed all of her furniture back where we were instructed to place it after the carpet was installed. The only furniture that was dissambled were the upstair beds. She never notified us that the beds were assembled incorrectly. We would have been happy to have returned and corrected this assembly. We pride ourselves in making our clients happy, this is our primary goal. We have won many awards in customer satisfaction. I wished this client would have contacted us, for we would have taken care of anything she needed immediately."
