Great!! The team did an amazing job and worked well in all that needed to be done. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased and thenyard looks amazing.

It was an odd experience. When I got a quote from Tom his plan was best as was his price, by nearly 1000 dollars. So with a great price and great reviews no brainier I went with Finishing Touch. I was originally told that my job would start in late October which was a month or so from the time that I got the quote. No problem there so I gave him a check for half the agreed upon amount to be cashed when the job started. So October came and went and when I contacted Tom I was told that I was ninth in the queue and that the job would start in 2 weeks or so. This went on for quite some time. I would contact be given a soft date that Tom would miss. He was always prompt with his responses but always wrong with his time estimates. The job finally started mid-December. The work was done as promised, I think. Frankly so much time had passed since we had talked I wasn't sure. Either way the job matched the specs of the design I had been given as was of high quality. Now a month has passed since the work was done. The sod lived even thought December and January weather. I would certainly hire Tom again, but would take any estimates of start time with a very large grain of salt.

Greg always showed up on time, the day the work was being done he and the crew were here on time, worked efficiently and did a great job.  I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the project and would not hesitate to use Greg again.  The only very small complaint I have is that sometimes it was hard to get in touch with Greg, but never did he not return a call or answer an e-mail.

I am not easily pleased and have a hard time making a final decision; Greg was extremely patient with me.  He came over to my house to explain matters whenever I had a question, sent me a new drawing every time I decided I wanted something different and treated me as if I were his only client.  He appeared to be genuinely interested in doing the right thing for me, not just doing a job to make money.  When we first met, I was prepared to take everything out and start over--he suggested that we use some of my existing plants to cut down on my costs which of course meant less profit for him.

I have been in my house 16 years and have dealt with many landscape companies--dealing with Finishing Touch Landscape was the best experience I have had.

Everything went very well!  Quick, prompt and as as several weeks have gone by - the plants are beautiful!

His services are in Plano and Dallas. My experience with them went very well. I am very very happy with them. I liked their open communication and the plan he came up with, it was beautifully done. He is a super nice guy. He is very forthright. He is very easy to talk to about your expectations and kind of what you want. We got several estimates and his price was right on.
