I bought a new house and before I moved in I decided to hire a subcontracter to update the fireplaces adding stone from top to bottom and recarpet. I called Chad and he came over and quickly assesed the situation, then gave me several options regarding my choices of materials, advantages, disadvantages and timelines for the completion of the work. I was on a very tight timeline to get it completed before I could move in, and very anxious that this be a realistic date. He took careful measurements and provided accurate estimates of cost for material and labor. I really liked the suggestions he made regarding tile, and carpet textures and colors. He was very good at describing reasons for using the individual materials and how they would function in my home. He also gave me ideas regarding adding granite to all my counter tops, and tile for my bathrooms, and provided me with measurements and cost estimates for this as well. He did this all in a very personable way that made me feel comfortable asking questions. I called and emailed him several times, he never demonstrated any frustration with my frequent contacts. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner. The workers did an amazing job laying the stone for my fireplace and I love the testure and attention to detail to my bathroom floor retile. I get compliments constantly about the lovely natural look of the stone fireplaces, and I feel they have greatly increased the beauty and the function as well as the value of my home. I've been living with them now for more than a year and still feel proud. I'd use Chad again in a heartbeat for any home improvement project. His vision for the finished product and understanding of how people want and need their living space to function is truly exceptional.

Chad drew up landscaping plans and implemented landscaping cleaning and changes to my yard better than I ever dreamed. He met with me before the job to discuss my ideas and goals. He was incredibly efficient and polite and suggested things to improve the overall attractiveness of my project and at the same time suggested numerous cost saving measures that saved me money w/out compromising my vision. He did this politely and thoughtfully w/out being pushy. I really appreciated the time and thought he put into the project. His crew worked incredibly fast and efficiently w/out being obtrusive to get the job done. The final result surpassed my expectations significantly. Chad met with me afterward to make sure all the details of my project were performed and that I was satisfied with his work in every way. I will be using him again in stages for additional work on my property. I've already recommended him to several of my friends and they too are very happy with his work. We felt his fees were reasonable and the service second to none. I've seen massive jobs he's undertaken that blew me away--he's like an artist with stone and plants-- and at first I was afraid my job might be too small for him, but Chad does it all from landscaping multi-million dollar mansions to jobs like mine on less than a quarter acre lot. Yet it looks like a million dollars when he's finished.
