Chris is just awesome. We have used him for years and he will remain our go to guy for air and heating repairs. We had a damaged coil in one of our AC units and he was going to replace it for us. In the process of doing so he found that he could save us some money by repairing the coil rather than replacing the entire thing. He did the work, refilled the freon and saved us half the cost of the original estimate. Chris is honest and kind and we recommend him to everyone.

Service through Home warranty co. First time at the house, they replaced a compressor fan motor. Paid $55 co-pay. No other instructions were given. System quit cooling and they came back 6/1/10. This tech says the claim is denied for dirty filter and dirty external condenser coils (Which they were. I was late replacing the filter and didn't know to get the coils cleaned). I would have expected the last tech to warn me about cleaning the coils, but he didn't. Then, in addition to the additional $55 copay they wanted $200 to clean the coils, and a TBD amount to find a freon leak and and add freon at $40 a lb. The tech was rude as was the supervisor on call in. Avoid this company at all costs and if you are with a warranty co. don't let them call them.
