Ricky was extremely responsive and was able to complete the job by Tuesday after our initial conversation on Saturday. I can not speak highly enough about how incredible this company's customer service is, and I will definitely use them again!

Ricky is fabulous to work with - very responsive and goes out of his way to ensure your are happy including taking care of items not on initial list. We contacted Ricky to install granite counter tops. During that process, I merely commented that I wish I could afford to replace wall oven, too. Next thing I know he is on phone with one of his many contacts and finds the perfect oven for me for more than 30% off store price ! He was great in recommending granite and back splash tiles and borught all samples to my home to accommodate my crazy schedule. There were a few issues with the granite install including hot/cold water taps reversed and a problem with the soap dispenser but all was resolved. We did also discover about a week later that one of the pieces was a few inches longer than original top which prevented us from moving refrigerator - not noticeable at all, though. I only wish his crew spoke even a little English as I could not communicate at all to understand what the problem was (I had to have a member of a different contracting crew on site translate for me). Clean up was not great - everything on the surface was cleaned up after but the under cabinets were loaded with old mortor and the previous countertop - if they had simply asked me to remove the items it would have been MUCH better. At a minimum, they should have attempted to vacuum all the material that had fallen into the cabinets and drawers.
Ricky's team also did painting for us to fix some cracks and an old water stain - fabulous job of matching the texture and paint. And his work to replace door and garage frames and repaint went fabulously
I could not ask for a more friendly, more helpful person in Ricky!

They are very good. Ricky is on the job every day. He shows up when he's going to show up and does what he says he's going to do. The group that he works with does amazing work. It's just an overall a really good experience. He is a very good communicator. We haven't really had any problems but anytime I have a question or a concern, he gets back to me immediately.

Great friendly service! We contacted Ricky after another painting company came in and did a horrible job painting our house. Ricky and his team came in and salvaged the paint job and made the house look great. He did a great job and was well priced.

Took the installer from 9am to 4:30pm. After he left we discovered one of the fans was rocking. He returned, placed weights on the fan and proclaimed it fixed. Turned fan on a few days later and discovered it was set on reverse. Took it off reverse and it started rocking again. Subsequently found two of the other installed fans were rocking. Had to call another electrician who came in and remounted the fans. The second electrician pointed out that parts were missing. Seems the original installer just chose not to use some of the screws and the cap that was included to cover the wires on two of the fans.

Diaz Remodeling Group did a terrific job on our kitchen! Ricky Diaz took the time to walk us through the entire project prior to its initiation, providing us with tips and things to consider when picking out the tile, granite, grout, sink, etc.. He even assigned us fun homework assignments to get things moving! He and his crew were very professional throughout the project and Ricky sent us pictures virtually every day to update us on the progress. Those pictures were the highlight of our day and added a personal touch to the project. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and with the work performed by Diaz Remodeling Group
