Handyman Service
The first couple of projects were great, but once I prepaid him for the last one, he won't finish it. And, he won't fix the screen door that ruined my door jamb.

We did not have a good experience with Hilario Diaz. He started out well and quit on the job, I went by recommendations and he was our lowest bid and what a disappointment. I would not recommend him he cost us time, stress and money on a rental house. He kept telling us he would finish the job and never did. I made the mistake of giving him his last check before he finished. Now I have a tenant that has moved in with additional items pending, don't use him.
