I had noticed several exterior cracks in the bricks on the exterior of my house and I was concerned about foundation issues. DFW Eagle came out to my house within a day of being contacted and inspected the house. They found that the foundation had less than an inch difference end to end and that foundation repair was not needed. DFW Eagle did not charge me for coming out to check my home which was a great plus as other vendors quoted me $400+.

Free estimate meeting. Turns out it didn't really need a repair it was all within limits. He offered to fix it but let me know that what was going on with it was not in dire need of repair at the moment.

A friend recommended them to us, Jordan came and found where the foundation issues were. we compared with some other companies, and finally decided to use DFW Eagle. They put in 11 concrete piers and it took only one day to get everything done. Good price, easy to work with.

I contacted them because I was seeing noticeable foundation issues toward the back of my house. Communications were excellent. They came out and assessed where the foundation issues were. They put in 12 concrete piers along the back and partial side of the house. It took only one day for them to do the repair work. They also helped move a few plants away from the slab where they worked and then moved the plants back again after the job was completed. Within the next two weeks that followed, they sent someone out to do the plumbing inspection and then someone out to do the foundation inspection. Everything went well. I received a packet with the approved plumbing and foundation inspection reports, work receipts, and a Lifetime Transferable Warranty certificate. Reasonably priced. Great to work with! I've recently recommended them to a colleague at work as well.

Great! Needed a professional to take a look at my foundation and tell me if I had a problem or not. They took a really good look all around the house and, in the end, my foundation is fine. No charge. I'll be using them again. (Same thing happened in 2015! They didn't "find" something that wasn't there or charge me for their opinion. Really appreciate that!!)

Jordan called before he arrived which was very nice and he was on-time. After measuring the house for slopes, he recommended waiting and retesting in one year as the house is still within the tolerance. I appreciated his integrity of not trying to sell me something that I did not need. He was very fast with the measurements and that was helpful too. Jordan was great and I would contact in the future for foundation issues.

I required a bunch of piers as my house was deflecting ~2.5 inches to the front. It was bad. Jordan came out and recommended 11 piers which was in line with the engineer. He didn't try to sell me on some fancy shmancy proprietary tools. Pressed concrete was easy, cheap and effective and he scheduled it for three weeks out. His team was in and out in a day and restored the property as best as possible (considering there's a bunch of concrete where dirt used to be! All of the gaps in my home are closed up, doors are smooth and actually close now. I would highly recommend DFW eagle. One caveat: my home did not pass the plumbing test to close out the permit. There is a leak somewhere in my outbound sewer line. I am getting it looked at this week by my insurance company to see what's the cause.

The whole thing went smoothly and exceeded my expectation. The owner (Jordan) came out himself and arrived on time. He examined the foundation carefully and explained in detail what might have caused the cracks on our walls and floor. After careful measurements, he came to conclusion that our foundation was fine and the cracks were probably due to the moisture in the drywall. The owner seemed really honest and didn't push for any repair nor trying to sell anything. He didn't charge anything for the inspection. He also seems really understand what he is doing and explain very well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who will need a foundation inspection and work.

The foundation inspection went very smooth. Jordon arrived within the time window that was provided and he called ahead when he had started my way. He went through the foundation inspection thoroughly measuring and noting all the measurements throughout the house. He performed exterior inspection too. Jordon was friendly and did not rush the process. He answered my questions and let me know the steps I can take as a precaution. I wanted a drip system as a preventive step before the dry season starts. Jordon did provide me with an estimate for the same. Overall, I definitely would recommend DFWEagle for anyone looking for any foundation service.

Did thorough evaluation and measurements to determine work that would be necessary. Made recommendation that repairs to the foundation could be made in stages according to overall criticality of the issues and affordability. Am currently in process of obtaining other bids but feel confident that Eagle would do a quality job. Seems to know what they are doing and are also a certified irrigator for preserving the integrity of a foundation.
