What a nightmare! I had officially filed a complaint with bbb and they offered arbitration services but I rejected it so that I may leave the option open for a lawsuit. They built the pool but till date have not completed the project - the surround stamped concreted still has the felt, a door to the master bedroom is not yet built and more. I have email records to show the repeated requests and frustration. My mistake? I gave them 95% of the project cost before it was done. Do not count for any service once "they" decide they are done. Spend the extra money and go with a reputed company that cares for their reputation.

They did a terrible job. They took forever to complete the work. The glass tile in my pool was done substandard and the plaster on the bottom of my pool was poor quality. I had to threaten them to complete the job. I would warn anybody about dealing with them. The price was attractive.
