Description of Work: We purchased a Doughboy above ground pool from Crown Pools. It was a good experience overall. Install was performed by an independent contractor, who also did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: Purchased a robotic pool cleaner based on the managers strong recommendation and assurance it could be returned if not satisfied. This was false. They refused a refund and offered an even trade on a much less expensive wall unit.

 + -1 moreI truly appreciate their willingness to offer advice along with names of companies to provide more in-depth services to my pool. I receive a detailed form of the findings and other information for the water testing results. The two owners are very knowledgeable to my pool needs and offer a friendly atmosphere.
Description of Work: They tested my swimming pool water to determine the chemical balance. The testing was fine and no further action was recommended. I purchased some pool supplies from the business to assure a clean, well kept pool.
