There is one guy who comes out to take care of the problems. There were ants around my house and he took care of it by spraying the exterior of my house. He does a good job and is a good guy. He also helped me when I had my house built in 1994. So, he had sprayed before they poured the foundation and since then I have not had any termites or anything else.
