I had removed the wallpaper myself and needed someone to smooth over the tears to the drywall paper. I stopped him as he was leaving the first day to show him an eye level spot he had totally missed.  When his work dried many more imperfections became obvious. The skim coat did not look even especially around the doorways.  After a few calls I convinced him to come back out to make it all level.  When the second coat dried it had some high spots that needed sanding down and some spots that still needed filling in. I decided to cut my loses and hired someone else. The person who corrected his job said that Cesar had used the wrong kind of compound.  It dried too quickly to allow time to work with it.
