Jimmy Abrams was fantastic. He educated me on the most current technology with flat panel plasma 4K TV's & was extremely technical & responsive. We needed a sound system that was easy to navigate & understand. Jimmy found a perfect solution for our use.

CD Audio is fantastic. Jimmy is pleasant to work with and extremely accommodating and professional. The work was done on time and well. He not only installed our system, but spent time teaching us how to use the new technology. He is also always available to answer questions and trouble shoot when I need him.

The owner of the company personally makes sure the job is done right.  If there is a mistake, they are prompt at fixing things and always have treated me right.   I have never felt overcharged or sold something that was not a good fit.   The owner is honest and hard working. He cares about his clients and wants them to be happy.  They recommend quality products to fit your budget.    In the past, I have used both Starpower and the old Hillcrest HiFi (acquired).  CD Audio & Video performed better than either of those companies in my opinion.   CD Audio & Video never nickel and dimed me after the sale on support costs.   I would never use another provider for home theater or audio/video services.   On the first large project they performed, I paid them more the bill based on what I thought they deserved.  I have never done that before on any service I have used from anyone.  That should say a lot.
