When they started the pool had overwhelmed us. At first my Polaris wasn't working right and we had just paid to get it repaired at another company. Blue Water took it back with them and cleaned it and it didn't appear they charge me any extra. The Polaris works great now! The pool has been cleaner than it has ever been. If I have any other problems, I feel I can call them to take care of it. They were immediately responsive. There price is competitive. They were referred to me by my neighbor.

Service is fine, but when it rains or there's bad weather they put a note on your door that they were there to look at skimmers (and that is all) and they charge you for that visit. They should not come in bad weather and not charge you or give you the option to come or not.
