Augerpros was extremely responsive on a Saturday morning and didn't even have a crazy "after hour" fee like some of the big players in the area have. They got to my house less than one hour after i put in the request! The person they sent out was very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them back out if another plumbing/drain issue arises!

The first plumber thought they got the clog but there were apparently a series of clogs. They came out again the next day, cleared additional clogs, ensured the lines were truly clear and didn't charge for the second visit the next day. I will use them again and also recommend them to our sister hospitals.

AugerPros was the 3rd set of plumbers I had to call to solve our clogged kitchen line. They were professional, prompt, and let me know exactly what would be charged for their services. I was contacted by email & text several times and also given a mapping app so that I could see how far away the plumber was on my cell. I appreciated them being so aware of not wasting my time! Their master plumber, David, was super nice. He listened to me explain what the other guys had done and then he explained everything they were going to do to try to solve my problem. (They ended up having to water-jet my kitchen line because it had a soft stoppage that could not be unplugged with a traditional snaking of the line.) They were done and cleaned up in exactly an hour and not only that - they guaranteed their work for 3 months! I have had no problems with the kitchen drain since and it has been about 6 weeks. They also gave me some product recommendations to help with keeping the line cleared out. I would rate them 10 out of 10. I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need another plumber!!!

The service was great. Calling in and getting the help I needed was prompt. The technician that came was polite and professional. They were able to fix our families need in our home. We will use them again if needed in the future. Communication is top of the line. We were extremely pleased!

It went great! Jerry was just getting out of the hospital when I called to schedule my appointment. He answered promptly and they had someone out the next day. My water heater is no longer making the noise. They told me if it starts making noise again, they would remove and exchange for new water heater themselves. They were very professional and nice. We will definitely be hiring them again if necessary.

It was so effortless dealing with this company . It was an emergency as my back yard was flooded and they immediately fit me into their schedule , came out and calmed me down and had the issue fixed within a few hours . The plumber was courteous and understanding . I’d hire again whenever the need arises .
