Art Smart Painting and Remodeling

Bobby and his project team had good communication throughout the whole project.

We contracted with ArtSmart to redo the kitchen and most of the two bathrooms. They did all the work efficiently and came out right on target, time-wise (7 weeks total). The finished product is beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. In that time, they had to make some extra efforts due to wiring and sheathing issues encountered along the way. We were promptly notified each time, made the call on what to do and received a clear accounting of those extra costs in the billing later. The various workers and subcontractors were operating around my large, geriatric dogs (who couldn't be boarded due to health issues). The team was patient with my dogs moving from one part of the house to another and good about not leaving doors open when asked. When there were mix-ups--and there always are a few in a project of this size--Bobby quickly responded when contacted (via email in my case) and set up meetings work out a solution that would work for us. So now we have two great showers and a kitchen that is so much more functional and attractive than before, and we think the work done was well worth the money and time invested.

Robert Lopez with Art Smart promptly responded to make request for replacement of my hail damaged roof. He work off the insurance company estimate. Work was done on a timely basis, and was done in a professional matter. Subsequently, I have contracted with Art Smart to replace my gutters and paint the exterior of my house. All work has been completed in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Art Smart for home repairs to my family and friends.

Great Value great service. You probably need to get any discussions you have about adding or deviating from your original agreement in writing. Also,you need to oversee the job and make certain that they use the product (glue, mastic, etc.) that you wanted.

Repair of small hole in ceiling from a light fixture which was relocated was done satisfactorily. Cost seemed a little high but I did not get other bids.

Bobby arrived right on time for our first appointment and gave us a detailed written proposal before he left. We were having other work done and he worked around our schedule. His crew arrived (also on time) on the scheduled date. His crew was very professional, clean, detailed and did a great job. They returned all furniture that they needed to move and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and we will use them on future projects.

Bobby did a great job and the trimwork and workmanship is beautiful. I was nervous about cutting windows in the sood doors at the office, but they look like they have always been there.

Robert was very professional and the work they performed (chair rail molding and floor boards installed and painted) was extremely good. My only complaint would be that his crew seemed to be a little agressive when they felt that they were being watched. For instance, I walked into the room where the work was being done and his crew leader asked me several times what it was that I needed.

Bobby understood my concerns and made sure to quote my drywall job properly. I felt other bidders underestimated the task and the result would not meet my expectations. Bobby was able to pull in the scheduled completion date. His crew spent the time to properly mask all areas and walkways. I would not hesitate to use Art Smart again.

Bobby did a fantastic job hanging crown molding. He come on time, was very respectful and clean throughout the process and with clean up, and came in exactly where he bid. The finished product was well done, and I will most certainly recommend him to friends and family, and will call him for our next project.

I recently brought a house and it has different color in each room. Some rooms painted in multiple colors (very bright). I called Art Smart (owner: Bobby) to paint my house. Bobby gave me very reasonable price for exterior paint job. He even made suggestion on the paint color that really went with everything. I took his advice and it looks great! The most important of all, his team gets work done on time as expected. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the paint job. I would recommend Bobby team for any future paint job. Did an excellent job of installing crown molding in a room with a pitched ceiling. Difficult angles that only an experienced trim carpenter could tackle. Robert did the work for a very reasonable price. Because of the size of the job he had to squeeze me in, but he was still able to get the job done in the time frame that I needed.

hired Art Smart to refinish stained kitchen cabinets, molding and built-ins in family room. Estimate was lower than a few other bids and in line with one other.
