There was nothing positive about the experience. The overall experience was not a good one. I went with them even though they weren't the cheapest bid, but their proposal included aftercare. That is the sole purpose I went with them. The after care was a darker plaster, and so even to this day when you brush the plaster, the color comes off and it turns the water a different color and it looks like a pond. We've had issues with that clogging up our filters, so we had to replace the filters and because of that continuous coming off we have to clean them nonstop, so there was something that wasn't done properly. 

Then we were losing water, and we had to hire someone else to come out and they said they didn't plaster around the light fitting. And so that's where we were losing water from so we had to pay an additional $300 to have someone finish that. 

They need to make sure they are skilled to do the job being requested to do and they need to follow up and insure full satisfaction. We still haven't gotten full satisfaction and he has stopped returning our phone calls and emails.

The owner of this company was recommended to me during the ice storm last winter to service my pool pump.  I have found them to be cost conscious about their recommendations and professional.  Based upon my experiences with the pool repair, I then hired them to perform the weekly cleaning of my pool.  To date, I have been very happy with my service and highly recommend Aqua Pool Care.
