Our home warranty sent this guy out to diagnose repair our broken dishwasher. He didn't call in advance like he said he would and just showed up while my wife was out. He brow beat her into telling him how to get in the house while no one was at home by saying he was going to leave and lying about saying he would call first.Then he didn't do any diagnosing and told her she needed to empty the water out of the dishwasher, he wouldn't do it. He took her money and ordered a part.I called him to complain and he just told me to find someone else. What a horrible experience.
