Home Security System Service
The company representative was friendly and helpful. However, the system was very marginal from a performance point of view and I knew I could do much better. Supposedly these were the best cameras available in the price range and the DVR was supposed to be easy to set up. The DVR was actually rather clunky and the cameras below average. Returning the product is where the nightmare took place. First I had to get permission to return the product which took over a week to complete. Then once I returned it, it took over a week and a half to actually get the refund. This part is on me: they charged a 15% restock fee. I didn't catch that beforehand otherwise we would not have done business. So accepting that insult, analyzing their refund in the most generous light, they still stiffed me for about $90. At this point I've had enough and I'm done with other than to advise others to be sure you are good with the restock fee and know exactly what you are getting before you get it.
