They are very friendly. We leave the key under the door mat and he can come in and spray. He is very honest.

.During the replacement of a back door, termites were found. I called Americana Termite and Pest Control on the recommendation of a friend. They came right out made an assessment and provided me with two options. One was a spot treatment since they only found termites in one place by the back door. The other was to treat the whole house. Since I never had it done before, I opted for the whole house treatment.
They provided the service immediately. They are very professional and likable folks. I will continue to use them for all my pest control needs.
