+ -1 moreWe have contacted this company by phone and email; they have responded to our emails, yet have been very rude. They implied that we damaged the plane and that is why it does not work. They have not returned any phone calls. They told us that we could return it, but the only way we would receive a refund would be to give them positive feedback. In which case we have not had a positive experience.
Description of Work: Bought a remote control/radio airplane, which has not performed in the way the company has described. Also the shipping time for this item was not great either.
