The plumber borrowed a coat hanger to see if something was stopping up the line of the hot waterline under the sink. He left for an hour to purchase a new line to put under the sink for the hot water. He did not charge us for the time he was gone to purchase a new line. He scraped the water feed hole in the toilet with a screw driver and said it was calcified. He said that scraping it cleared the toilet. He flushed the toilet several times and water went down. He did not test it with paper or wipes in it. He did not have his probe to find the clean out trap so that was not checked. The hot water works fine in the sink now. The toilet stopped up again after one use. We called the next morning and he came back at no extra charge. The toilet was clogged with disposable wipes. He snaked 6 feet but did not go outside to snake out the clean out trap .He advised us to stop using wipes because our pipes are old and will snag them. I

Big Oak covered my sewer pipe and crushed it. They were able to remove the concrete, re-route the sewer pipe and re-install concrete.

They did a wonderful job and Danny was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would do more business with them. They are now my vendor of choice when it comes to plumbing.

I contacted multiple plumbers telling them I had an emergency, leaking pipe.

Then I was at Home Depot and ran into Danny at Home Depot and asked him a question about a plumbing issue at my house, and Danny was quite knowledgeable and since no plumbers had contacted me yet, I asked if he had time in his schedule to check out a leak in my rental property. He made time and came to the rental and fixed the problem. I still have not heard back from any of the plumbers I contacted.

When I called for service the receptionist was very professional. Within 30 mins I received a call back from the plumber (Mr. Danny) asking for details, and after our discussion he reassured me that he would be at my home at a specific time. He was right on time. He was very courteous and professional, he did his work and left my place spotless.
I am extremely pleased with this young man. I believe I have a plumber for life and will recommend this company to my friends and family. It is great to see a young man do his work with such pride and professionalism.

Danny visited us and gave an estimate for the work to be performed. He explained how the work would be completed and scheduled the date to perform the job. He was punctual and very professional. He did an excellent job, tested all the pipe to make sure there was no water leak. The pricing was the best compared to other quotes we received. Danny did an excellent job from start to finish. I've required Danny's services before in my previous home when the commode kept overflowing and it was discovered that a rubber ducky had been sent on a trip by one my children, so I am familiar with Danny's work ethics. He is attentive, investigative and informative as he is determining the problem, so there are no surprises in the end cost. His rates are fair and reasonable and he does not add on any additional unnecessary expenditures. My disposal repair and the addition of a new faucet installment went pretty smoothly. Also, there was no major mess to clean. He is thorough, professional and has integrity.
