I had taken my vehicle to the dealership & was quoted over $1000 to fix my A/C problem.  Several friends told me about Malfunction Junction. I called Daniel & he looked at my Expedition & was very honest in telling me what it needed without all the extras previously quoted by dealership.  He took my vehicle information & gave me a fair estimate.  After my A/C was fixed he informed me of a few other minor maintenance issues that I was not aware of.  I like his sincerity in explaining things to me & no pressure trying to make me spend more than I needed to.  I will recommend this place over & over & continue to take my vehicles here.

My experience with the staff was refreshing compare to other places I've had to take my vehicles in the past.  The idea of going to a dealership to get things done is definitely in the past.  It is a misconception that dealerships will take care of you.  From the time  I called the office to the time I picked up my vehicle, the staff at Malfunction Junction Automotive was friendly, professional, informative & honest.
