The contract they submitted, and agreed to by both parties, clearly states that the Broker will remit, each month the following items to Owner: (a) funds collected by Broker for Owner under this agreement, less authorized deductions; and (b) a statement of receipts, disbursements, and charges.
They also were to file reports with the Internal Revenue Service related to funds received on behalf of Owner under this agreement.
Broker has failed on two occasions to submit a monthly statement and have advised that "they don't do that" on the IRS issue.
They refuse to acknowledge e-mail requests for this information and it appears that I will have to take legal action.
