Zamarripa's Foundation, LLC

These people make their living doing barely passable work to fool unsuspecting home buyers. They did some repairs on our home before we closed on it at the end of last year. They left a huge void around a pier they installed, resulting in a two inch shift in our garage. Now the whole brick wall is cracked from floor to ceiling and has to be replaced, in addition to correcting their poor work. Would not take responsibility of course. I would not recommend hiring these crooks

Did great job on my 85 year old pier and beam replaced a main beam and leveled house and front porch could not b happier

seems very honest and hard-working. we have a crack in our exterior blocks. we were sure our foundation was cracked and uneven. when Fernando came he looked at it, measured the levelness of the floor and told we were fine. he did recommend a French drain and soaker hoses to keep dirt around slab stable, gave us a bid and after we accepted finished the project nicely. We were really impressed with the company and Fernando.

This is a very honest, professional and friendly company. Fernando the owner goes above and beyond to get the problem resolved and does excellent work without overcharging. He installed a French Drain, a drainage trench and repaired my foundation very quickly. His crew is very nice and did a great job with cleaning up. I will definitely use them again if needed. It is refreshing to know that there are great honest people that you can trust and that do a professional outstanding job!

This company was very prompt and showed up on the scheduled day. There was a rain delay for 1 day. In all they installed 18 new steel piers. They were very professional and they did not ask for any advanced payment before work was to begin like some of the other companies was proposing.

These folks did an excellent job with my home. They were very professional and thorough even taking pictures and videos of problems that they found. I have a pier and beam home so the pictures and videos helped back up what the inspector found and kept me from having to crawl under to verify the problems. This made me feel more comfortable in making my decision as to who to have work on my foundation as they found some things two other inspectors did not find. As for time on task and quality of work, they did an outstanding job sticking to their completion time and making sure to lay down plastic everywhere they would be working to keep from tracking dirt all over. Their pricing for the work was on the mark with the estimated costs I had researched for the amount of work that was involved. I would reccomend them to anyone that has a home in need of foundation work.
