Everything went great. I was kept updated on how things were going. Upon returning home I found a daily journal of everything that was done or noticed. I still use these guys to date. They allow me to be away with worrying about my fur babies

This business did not even have the curtesy to contact me.

Lyn has been taking care of our pets for years. Most of the time things run smoothly for her however while away for spring break our house sustained a leak in an upstairs bathroom (no fault of Lyn). Lyn received a call from our neighbor and quickly returned to our house to help with the situation throughout the process Lyn kept us informed of the status of the house. lynx was calm under pressure and I am confident that she can handle any situation that arises. I would highly recommend Lyn and her team. One thing that I think is great is that Lyn will tweet pictures of your animals while you are away so that you can see how happy and well taken care of they are.

We have used Lyn on several occasions and she and her crew are the best. My pets are not stressed when we get home and all is as it should be. They clean up after themselves and no litter trail is left. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for all my pet sitting needs.

After an unpleasant boarding experience, I wanted to try a pet sitter. Tigre received TLC, food, and water, play twice daily. I met the sitter prior to service and Tigre took to Kay immediately. It was a happier experience and I felt complete confident in their experience, professionalism and love for pets. Tigre fared better being at home in familiar surroundings. The company provided excellent service and was less expensive than boarding. I will definitely use the service again.

Dog walking and feeding, cleaning up messes as necessary. picking up mail when we are out of town, watering plants. Awesome!!!

I have 4 cats who vary in their degree of friendliness or neurosis. Lyn takes excellent care of all of them. My cowardly lion, Merlin the Maine Coon, absolutely loves her! I have been with Thoughts4paws for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. I travel a lot for business and with Lyn, the cats are relaxed and happy when I come home. She leaves detailed messages or will text me an update every day. The house is usually cleaner when I arrive than when I left. I can not speak enough good things about this company.

We have used thoughts4paws several times and always received fantastic service. We often hire them last minute and they have always been super accommodating. They leave a note (novel:)) during each visit to outline care given. This last visit our dogs had sick tummy and made a huge mess in the house. Amazing how well they cleaned up, far beyond what was expected!

We have used Thoughts4Paws for several years and have always been satisfied with her service. Detailed notes are left for every day, she took time to pet and give the kitties attention. Previously we also had an elderly dog and Lyn or her employees visited 3x/day. They followed our instructions to cook eggs, rice and ground beef for the dog's meals and always washed up the dishes afterwards. One time they accidentally broke the ceramic dog bowl and they purchased a new one to use.

I wasn't happy with them at all. The October visit was fine. Everything went fine. A person the owner has do the house sitting stayed here and when I came back, the house looked clean. She had the same employee do the house sitting for me in November. She did absolutely nothing that time. I don't know what happened. The house was a mess. There were some damages that the animals had done that I questioned as to why she didn't know that they had done it. The cat litter boxes were not cleaned at all. It is given in their leaflets that they completely change out and clean the litter boxes before we come back. They were not even touched. They were pretty bad. They were overflowing. The mail wasn't taken in and that's one of their services that they also have in the paperwork that they offer. The first time everything was fine and the second time nothing was fine. I called the owner and complained to her. Her name is Lyn Sykes. I told her that her employee Leslie had not done anything at all in November. She talked to Leslie and Leslie admitted that she didn't do these things. And yet she still sent me a bill for the same amount. She apologized, but if she admitted that her employee didn't do what I requested to be done, she shouldn't have sent me the bill for the total amount. I paid the bill and I just won't use her again. I really think it wasn't the right thing to do. Everybody can have a bad day or maybe she wasn't feeling well, but she shouldn't have charged me the whole amount. Apparently the animals were fed the last time when she was here, but nothing else was done. She charged me the full price, the job was not done, and the girl even admitted she hadn't done it. I don't know if she was punctual or not because I was not here. I would definitely not use them in the future.
